By enrolling in our language exams, you agree to abide by the following rules, policies, and terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a productive, respectful, and enriching experience for all students.

Our language proficiency exam service offered through Shaheda Akter Chowdhury’s Educational Platforms, including Shaheda Bengali Paradise, Shaheda English Paradise, Shaheda Education Adventure, and Shaheda Polyglot Year. This service provides high-quality, professional language exams designed to test your skills rigorously and reward your accomplishments with globally recognized certificates.

Below are the detailed rules, policies, and terms and conditions that govern your participation in these exams. By registering for any exam, you agree to fully comply with these terms.

General Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Our language exams are open to students of all ages and skill levels, provided they have the technical means to participate in online exams and can comprehend instructions in English.

Service Affiliation
- Bengali language exams will be certified under Shaheda Bengali Paradise.
- English language exams will be certified under Shaheda English Paradise.
- All other language exams will be certified under either Shaheda Education Adventure or Shaheda Polyglot Year, at the sole discretion of President Shaheda Akter Chowdhury.
Pricing & Variability
- The price of exams will vary depending on the language being tested. Factors such as language popularity, demand, and difficulty will influence the pricing.
- Current discounts include: Below pricings are just an example-
  - Reading Test: $25 (75% Off, Save $75, was $100)
  - Writing Test: $25 (75% Off, Save $75, was $100)
  - Listening Test: $25 (75% Off, Save $75, was $100)
  - Speaking Test: $35 (75% Off, Save $105, was $140)
  - Full Exam Package: $110 (75% Off, Save $330, was $440)
Non-Refundable Policy
- All exam fees are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:
  - Student’s decision not to participate in the exam.
  - Failure to attend or complete the exam.
  - Scoring below the minimum passing grade of 70% (no certificate will be issued in such cases).
Scheduling & Attendance
- Exam scheduling must be finalized at the time of registration. Rescheduling is not permitted once the exam is booked.
- Students must attend the exam on the scheduled date and time. Late arrivals or missed exams will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Certification Criteria
- Certificates will only be awarded to students scoring 70% or above.
- Scoring breakdown for certificates:
  - Golden Certificate: 70%–79%
  - Diamond Certificate: 80%–89%
  - Platinum Certificate: 90% and above
Student Conduct
- Students are required to behave formally and respectfully during all exams, particularly the live Speaking Test.
- Prohibited Behaviors:
  - Use of profanity, rudeness, or inappropriate conduct in written or spoken communication.
  - Asking offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant questions during exams.
- Any violation of these standards will result in instant banning from the website, disqualification from the exam, and forfeiture of all fees.

Exam Structure and Process

Reading, Writing, and Listening Tests
- Conducted online through Google Forms.
- Timed and designed to prevent backtracking to ensure fairness and integrity.
- Plagiarism or use of unauthorized resources will result in disqualification.
Speaking Test
- Conducted live, one-on-one with an examiner.
- Students must ensure a quiet and professional environment during the test.
- Offensive or inappropriate behavior during the Speaking Test will lead to immediate disqualification.
Cheating and Misconduct
- Strict anti-cheating policies are enforced. This includes measures like randomized questions and unique answer orders.
- Any attempt to cheat, collaborate with others, or violate exam rules will result in disqualification without refund.

Technical Requirements

Online Exams
- A stable internet connection and a compatible device (computer or smartphone) are required.
- Google Chrome is the recommended browser for an optimal experience.
Live Speaking Test
- Students must join the scheduled session on time using the provided video conferencing link.
- Ensure a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions.

Legal Disclaimer

Liability
- Shaheda Akter Chowdhury and her educational platforms are not responsible for technical issues, device malfunctions, or poor internet connectivity on the student’s end.
Force Majeure
- Exams may be delayed or canceled due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters or technical failures beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such delays.
Modification of Terms
- Shaheda Akter Chowdhury reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the website, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the changes.
