Strict Rule (Non-Negotiable)

• Any attempt to add an extra participant (example: sibling, friend, partner, family member, colleague, or any third party joining the call) will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

• This rule is final and non-negotiable.

1. Exclusive One-on-One Service

This service is designed exclusively for you and your interpreter—just the two person, working together to help you through interpretation.

⚠️ Important: If additional participants are brought in or any attempt to violate this policy is made, the session will be terminated immediately without refund. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

2. Consecutive Interpretation Service

Rules for Consecutive Interpretation Services–

To ensure the integrity, professionalism, and smooth operation of our Consecutive Interpretation Services, the following rules apply to all sessions:

1. Two-Client Exclusivity Rule

• Each interpretation session is strictly limited to two clients.

• No third party is permitted to join the session, either physically or virtually, without prior agreement and approval.

2. Pre-Session Agreement

All clients must read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions before booking.

By submitting the form and completing payment, clients confirm their compliance with this rule.

3. Zero Tolerance for Violations

• If a client allows or invites a third party to join the session, despite agreeing to the terms:

• Immediate Termination: The session will end instantly.

• No Refunds: The session fee will not be refunded.

4. Proactive Monitoring

• During the session, the interpreter retains the right to verify compliance with the two-client exclusivity rule.

• Suspicious activities, such as background voices or unexpected interruptions, may prompt immediate investigation or termination of the session.

3. Event Interpretation Service Policy

Our Event Interpretation Service is designed to ensure seamless and professional communication during your live or virtual events. Whether you’re hosting a live event in an auditorium with an in-person audience or an online program such as a Zoom conference or meeting, we are here to help bridge the language gap for all participants.

Service Guidelines:

Dedicated Service: This service is tailored exclusively for the booked event. Whether it’s a single speaker addressing an audience or multiple speakers interacting with attendees, the interpreter’s sole focus is on facilitating clear and accurate communication.

Adherence to Event Scope: The interpretation will cover only the agreed-upon event structure, including speech delivery, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions, as outlined during the booking.

No Unauthorized Participants: To maintain the integrity and focus of the interpretation, unauthorized third parties are not permitted to participate or join the session without prior approval.

While the service does not typically require video, the interpreter may request the client to enable their camera if deemed necessary to better understand the context or situation. This request will only be made when the interpreter determines that visual cues are critical for accurate interpretation.

Discretionary Authority:

The decision to request video usage lies solely with the interpreter. Clients are kindly requested to comply if asked, as this may enhance the quality and effectiveness of the service. However, video will only be used for clarification purposes and is not a mandatory aspect of the service.

Privacy Assurance:

We respect our clients’ privacy. Any request for video usage is solely for the purpose of improving interpretation quality. Video will not be recorded or used for any other purpose.

Clear Expectations:

If the interpreter determines that video is unnecessary, clients are expected to keep their camera off. No other party besides the interpreter has authority over this decision.

By maintaining these policies, we ensure a professional, efficient, and client-focused service.

Rules and Guidelines for Document Submission:

Document Submission Option:

Clients may opt to submit documents related to their session for the interpreter’s review. This option is available during the session booking process.

Important Note

• Rate is always based on the hardest language involved in the session.

• Service upgrade: If you wish to switch from On-the-Go (single client) to Two-Person or Group service, you must upgrade before the session begins. Any violation may result in the session being paused until proper upgrade/payment is done.

Payment Requirement:

If the additional fee for document review is not included in the payment at the time of form submission, the document will not be reviewed. The interpreter reserves the right to proceed with the session without prior review of the document.

Clients must select the option for document review in the booking form and upload the document during the form submission process.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the additional fee is included in the total payment amount.

Non-Compliance:

Documents submitted without the corresponding fee payment will not be reviewed. Clients who fail to adhere to this policy will forfeit the opportunity to have their document reviewed for the session.

No Refunds for Non-Reviewed Documents:

In cases where clients fail to include the required additional fee, no refunds will be issued for any miscommunication regarding document review services.

Scope of Document Review:

The interpreter’s review is limited to understanding the content to provide a smoother and more efficient session. It does not include editing, proofreading, or translating the document.

For Longer Sessions (2, 4, or 8 Hours):

Note:

For live events, whether involving one client or multiple speakers addressing small or large audiences, I provide real-time interpretation via audio call. The break schedule will be adjusted flexibly based on the event’s natural flow to ensure seamless service without disruption.

• Technical issues on the user’s side are not the responsibility of the service provider. Please test your equipment and internet connection beforehand.

• Be prepared with all necessary documents or topics for discussion prior to the session.

2. Terms and Conditions

Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is not allowed here.

2.2 Payment and Refunds

Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including missed or unsatisfactory sessions.

2.3 Session Timings

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals of clients  will not extend the session duration.

If the interpreter is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, additional time will be accommodated or rescheduled as necessary.

Policy for Early Session Completion-

The booking fee covers the reserved time, regardless of whether the session concludes earlier due to task completion.

Early Task Completion-

If the interpretation service is fully completed before the scheduled session ends, the session will be concluded at that point.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, as the booking secures my time and availability for the full session duration.

Scope of Service

My role is strictly limited to interpretation services. I do not provide additional tasks, session explanation, entertainment, or storytelling beyond the interpretation scope.

4. No Rescheduling Policy

Final Bookings: All session bookings are final. Clients are responsible for selecting a time that works for them.

Non-Attendance: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session for any reason, the session will be marked as completed, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Recorded sessions will be securely stored and only accessed by authorized personnel.

Sessions will be terminated without warning if users engage in harassment, vulgarity, or violations of privacy.

No refunds will be provided for terminated sessions due to user misconduct.
