- Attempting to cross personal boundaries or establish an unprofessional relationship is grounds for termination of services.
2. Privacy & Confidentiality

- Sessions are not recorded unless both parties explicitly agree for training or quality improvement purposes.

- Despite strong security protocols, users acknowledge that no online transmission is 100% secure, and Life Resonate cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention

3. Session Guidelines
Booking & Attendance
- All sessions must be pre-booked and prepaid through the official website.
- Once confirmed, bookings are final and non-refundable.
- Missed, canceled, or skipped sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Punctuality
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will not extend the session duration.
- If a user is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited.
Session Medium
- Users can choose between video, audio, or text-based sessions according to comfort and availability.
- Switching the communication method during a live session is at the advisor’s discretion.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full before confirming any booking.
- All pricing details are transparent and listed on the website prior to checkout.
No Refund Policy
- Life Resonate operates under a strict no-refund policy.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction, missed sessions, or technical issues outside the platform’s control.
Currency & Charges

5. Violations & Enforcement
Immediate Suspension or Ban
- Users who violate any rule, display disrespectful behavior, or breach privacy terms will be immediately suspended or permanently banned from all future sessions.
- Life Resonate reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Zero Tolerance Policy
- There is zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, threats, or exploitation in any form.
- Violators may face legal action if their behavior infringes upon privacy, safety, or ethical standards.
6. User Responsibilities
- By engaging with Life Resonate, users agree to behave ethically, respectfully, and in good faith.
- Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and quiet environment during sessions.
- Recording or reproducing any part of a session without written consent is strictly forbidden.
- Repeated misconduct or attempts to manipulate or emotionally exploit the advisor will result in an immediate ban.

Service Scope
- Life Resonate provides personal growth and emotional support conversations, not professional therapy, medical advice, or legal/financial consultation.
- Users seeking medical or psychological intervention should contact certified professionals.
Liability
- Life Resonate, its advisors, and affiliates are not liable for any personal, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from discussions during or after the session.
- The user accepts full responsibility for any decisions made following the conversation.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Acknowledgment
- By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed in this document.
Binding Agreement
