  • No-Show Policy: If a student does not join the lesson within 30-40 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered forfeited. The lesson will not continue, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
  • Scheduling Adjustments: If you foresee a conflict, contact us at the earliest convenience to discuss potential alternatives within the allowed time frame.

3. Behavior and Conduct Standards

Maintaining a respectful and professional environment is our priority. Students must:

  • Refrain from any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, offensive language, or disruptive actions.
